I said from the beginning Casey was going to walk. Regardless that she probably did it, how can a Jury Convict someone of Murder when it can't be proven how Caylee died?

i am a little shocked, but i must agree with carr914. i only saw some of the televised trial, in passing at work, and it seemed to me that all the prosecution had was circumstantial evidence, no smoking gun. that said, i doubt that anything issued from casey that resembled the truth. a very strange case, for sure.

If I was a juror in this case (and I do live in Pinellas, where they took the jury pool), I would have voted Not Guilty as well.

Reasonable doubt is the key. The prosecution never really had anything.

If that were my kid, and my ex killed her, my ex would have turned up missing and converted into alligator crap a long time ago. How does that go, guilty as sin, free as a bird.
