many years ago a guy down here built a Countach with just basic hand tools in his garage also. an almost perfect copy but 2/3rds or so smaller

You've got to give this guy credit for his hard work. He's done an outstanding job- the only line that doesn't work is the rear edge of the side window, otherwise it is a Veyron!

Still, I'd never pay $89,000 for a FWD Mercury Cougar, no matter what it looks like!

This isn't even the work of the guy selling it btw, he bought the fiberglass body and put it together over a cougar chassis.

He's 25 and he built this car. Well done I say.
Most of the people I know in their mid twenties don't know how to budget and pay their bills.

Not for me but I can appreciate the work he put in.
