Steven Seagal, can only play one character really
Chuck Norris.
Nick Cage, same as Steven Seagal
Muchauly Culkin (sp?)
Hayden Christensen sucked epically as Anakin Skywalker
Ahnold can't act to save his life.

I MUST show this to my GF. I say virtually the same thing. He's the same, whatever he's in.
Rememebr the line "It's a man, he's grown young!" when he's in the carriage and sees Drac as a younger man for the first time?
Totally Ted.

How do you even quantify this topic. Current actors, all actors, movie actors, tv actors my god. You could easily list hundreds as bad actors not to mention bad single performances.

Agreed, but honestly you get whats advertised when you watch a Seagal movie, when I paid good money for my daughter and I to watch that first Anakin Skywalker (as a teenager) movie .......I figured that I'd be seeing a class action lawsuit against Lucas films LOL...what a stinker.

I thought Nic Cage was good in "Lord of War"

Hayden Christensen--crap, same with Natalie Portman from the SW "prequels", just terrible.

Shai LeBouf terrible

On the flip side I always liked Tom Sizemore as an actor--(Heat, Saving Private Ryan, Point Break, even Striking Distance) he really blew his talent.

Ok - my list:
Nic Cage - espcially in Con Air. <-- that was a terrible movie.
Owen Wilson - wish he'd get over himself.
Ben Stiller annoys the crap outta me.
Will Ferrel - If I were in grade school, I guess I'd appreciate his comedic value.
Jack Black - I suspect if he weren't high on drugs all the time, maybe then -- nah - nevermind...
Eddie Murphy -- you can only take the Beverly Hills Cop persona so far...

Some comments on some other actors mentioned:

Keanu Reeves: He was actually very good in Point Break - one of my favorite movies. But Patrick Swayze really carried that moive. He was decent in the first Matrix -- but his persona really fits that "Whoa - I'm Alice in Wonderland" theme.
I think Dracula was a great movie - but Coppa did such a fantastic job with the imagery and there were some fantastic actors in the movie (Gary Oldman, Winona Ryder, Anthony Hopkins), that they somehow managed to overshadow Keanu's lack of acting ability.

Steven Seagal - may not be the best actor, but at least he studied the martial arts. IIRC, he has a black bet. (Not like Van Damme...)

-Z-man.

He is something like a 7th dan black belt. I believe he is a very talented martial artist, just not actor. Plays guitar too. I still watch his movies for what they are, not expecting a great performance but rather some great martial arts action.

Hands down absolute WORST...

GLEN CAMPBELL in the original 'True Grit' with The Duke...

Un-effing-believably horrible, terrible...

I just re-watched it after seeing the new one.

NO ONE IS WORSE THAN GLEN CAMPBELL, anywhere, anytime.

There.

I kinda liked Keanu in the Matrix movies...

Jim Carey & Eddie Murphy... Famous for acting like themselves... I don't blame them, if someone wanted to pay me millions to not act I would take it.

Stiller & Ferell... filling the great comedy void of the 90's with SNL mediocrity.

Vandamme has been practicing karate since he was ten. His father owned a karateschool. He is a black belt and has been fairly succesful in international competitions and even made it to European karate champion in 1979.
Most of his movies suck (well, actually all of them except one). The biofilm JCVD is proof that he does know how to act.

David Caruso - One Look Pony. Big head that didn't get him many movies when he left his first series as he was too talented for television.

There are very few excellent actors IMHO. Lots of good characters, but they couldn't change over to another totally different character like the greats can. Like Brian Dennehy. Can he be anything but an ultimate villain?

Can David Spade do anything but be a fool?

Can Sylvester Stallone do anything but sweat?
