He actually parked and got out of the car and went to the store? Or you just saw the car like that?

That screams of "engine died seconds after starting to move, power steering died, person driving let truck roll to a stop against the curb and left it there because it would not start again".

He was in front of me on SR 44 coming into the plaza. Going slow. As we both turned in, I went straight and he turned into the parking lot at the front end. I turned in at the back end of the parking lot and pulled my truck into a regular parking space (just beyond the picture to the left). Then he comes driving down that lane and pulls into that spot. I'm walking to the store and he cuts me off - so I'm waiting for him to back up so I can pass in front of his van and he just shuts off his motor and stayed parked there. I thought he was going to back into one of those spaces behind him but nope.....that's where he wanted to park.

Don't forget I'm in Florida....the land of the fruitcakes.

He was proud of himself, he got it between the lines.

That fat white one on the drivers side, and the state line on the passenger side :)

When I was recovering from a car accident 3 years ago (4 broken ribs, pelvis shattered in 10 places with plates/pins/screws, broken foot) I refused to use, or apply for using the handicap spots in the parking lots, or getting that damned electric fattie cart at the front of the big box stores. It annoyed the hell out of me limping past those cars that delivered healthy people who were too lazy to park farther away.

A co-worker and I park a little into the corner to protect our cars from door dings and this jacka$$ parks like this

That truck tire in the background could be useful to solve that problem....SmileWavy

Why is it ALWAYS BMWs? I know there are a lot of BMW owners here and I'm not trying to offend, but seriously. Check out any of the "@sshat parking jobs" threads on sites or blogs, 80% of the examples are BMWs.

Is it in the owners manual? Or are there plenty of other makes but people like to single BMWs out.

EDIT: I just went through the last 8 pages of this thread and there is not one BMW pictured so.......Sooorrryyyyyy.....

Sometimes it's an old Mercedes. This entitled guy managed to block 2 spaces, one the little town's only electric car charging station. I watched him move the orange cones the town placed there to reserve the space for the electrics! There were 6 other free spaces open at the time.
