I was born in '70. There are a few songs that I like that I think would fit the Disco mould. All of them, absolutely not.

I bet as much as people claim to hate disco, they still know the words . . .

I thought everybody secretly loved the Funk. ( I group Disco and Funk together)

Jeez, it has to be something from "Saturday Night Fever." 40 Million albums sold.

I love any song with a funky bass line. Disco was fun because I was a teenager when it was popular and it wasn't around too long. Now rap, on the other hand... that shi_ has been around forever and just will not go away.

Having lived through / endured the disco era, just two words come to mind: DISCO SUCKS!

You need some real Funk exposure.

You roll with the times, so there was Disco after Saturday Night Fever, country music after Urban Cowboy, etc. It was good times and bad, but we had fun through them all.

I will admit to at least one leisure suit but I was married with house/kids etc so I wasn't a Travolta wannabe. Stayin' Alive was the anthem with KC as the runner up.
