I was born in '70. There are a few songs that I like that I think would fit the Disco mould. All of them, absolutely not.

I bet as much as people claim to hate disco, they still know the words . . . Great poll question, btw, made me chuckle. I'd add a third c: "both a and b". | ||

Gotta be "Funky Nassau". It's close enough, right? Check out the version in Blues Brothers 2000. Blues Brothers 2000 OST - 15 Funky Nassau - YouTube

Because I was a little tyke, I don't really know the genre that well, but... Super Freak - Rick James Funky Town - Lipps That's the Way I Like It - KC and the Sunshine Band -- on my ipod mixed in with classic rock Boogie Oogie Oogie - Taste of Honey -- I LOVED this song when I was little. Haven't heard it in forever Get Down Tonight - KC and the Sunshine Band

I love any song with a funky bass line. Disco was fun because I was a teenager when it was popular and it wasn't around too long. Now rap, on the other hand... that shi_ has been around forever and just will not go away.

You roll with the times, so there was Disco after Saturday Night Fever, country music after Urban Cowboy, etc. It was good times and bad, but we had fun through them all.

Angela wins! I will admit to at least one leisure suit but I was married with house/kids etc so I wasn't a Travolta wannabe. Stayin' Alive was the anthem with KC as the runner up. Ian
