The stuff there was made down the street with that pure water, and it's great. I was there pre-murder days. I cannot know if it has changed anything. If you want to buy Cuban cigars, ask your bartender where he goes. Most shops are closed on Sundays, so don't try to get them then. Take the bus into Oranjestad if you get the chance, the town center is a great place to sit and watch the world go by.
