1) Yes, unless otherwise indicated

2) Not in Dallas, about 45 minutes North in Tioga. Clarks. I can give you the number and directions.

Numbers 2 may create some lively discussion in Dallas. But for me Clarks is the best place by far.

Hope you enjoy.

PCA Club racing at Texas World Speedway Mar 22-24. Right on red ok. Any BBQ is good BBQ.

Joe,

Yes on the first, where in Dallas will you be looking for BBQ? Makes a difference. Give an idea where in town you will be and can give some specific places to try. Lived there the last 5 years and love BBQ.

Another BBQ place I have found that I really like is Peggy Sues in Snider Plaza. If if Dallas don't miss out on some AWESOME Mexican food, we have millions of places. Try MI Cocina, Herreras and for people watching the Blue Goose on Greenville Ave.
There's a really good BBQ place in Deep Ellum just east of Downtown but I can't remember the name, ask you conceirge.
Happy Eating

Joe,

Cannot top the advise above! You will do well with the places mentioned! Have been to all of them and they know how to do wonders with a bit of meat and smoke!

Noticed you mentioned a Fat Tire. Being downtown you will be very close to one of the best beer bars I have ever seen. It's the Gingerman on Boll in the Uptown/Turtle Creek area. Next door is the Tin Star which has some VERY good but slightly "different" southwestern food. Ask for David at the bar and tell him Buck the OU guy sent you.
Hard to beat the Gingermans combination of selection and atmosphere.

Thanks All!
Just got back, Dallas is a great party town!
Was not able to get to all your suggested places, but the return trip is already scheduled.
