Anytime the sun is out. It pisses them off.

Fortunately, it doesn't happen very often.......

Actually, add a few months to that...November through June. We have a saying, Summer starts July 5th.

Dec to Feb. During those months, always at least one period of rain every day for 30 consecutive days. Not a "trace" of rain, I mean significant rain, every day. And usually < 40 F, sometimes mid-30s F. Sucks. I'm depressed already.

March is usually just as wet...as it April, but the rain warms up a bit then.

January/February is a high suicide rate time in the Pacific NW...

Let me put it this way. We have three to three and one half months of Summer. It starts July 4th. Other than that, it can suck. If you visit Portland, stay on the West side in Winter. East side has a wicked wind that doubles your discomfort.

I'm starting to get a wee bit tired of the weather in the PNW. Yes, the summer is nice. Roughly July through nowish. However, weekends like the most recent one where we raced in the rain all weekend at our last event of the season make me wish for more sun. Living in the Denver area for a year spoiled me.
