Tossing bottle caps into the sink?

Why do people do this? I've seen it done on entourage, and I've had numerous people do it in my apartment, when the trash can is within reach. Whats the point?

Any of you do it?

Bottle caps in the sink? No. That's disgusting. Must be an OK thing...

Bottle caps are the single thing that I most often clean out of a jammed garbage disposal in our rentals.

Now it's very simple. I clean out a bottle cap, the tenant pays for my time for service call AND the replacement cost for a new garbage disposal even if the current one still seems to work.

I let them keep the old one as a gift. They only do this once.

The bottle cap in the sink thing really pisses me off.

They're numbnuts, and they may be mimicing the show (which makes them even bigger numbnuts).

I've never heard of doing this.

And I've never watched Entourage. That's the show where Jeremy Piven has hair again and is based on Rahm Emanuel's brother?

My old room mate used to 'dispose' of his old razor blades into the Super Bowl until I had to snake out the sewer line and found the snag. I made sure he was there helping me dig the hole because I had been harping at him to quit it for a good while. He just couldn't believe that little old razor blades could cause any problems and it cured him from doing it anymore when I made him finish up the job by himself.

No bottle caps because we don't do bottles. when you have a pool it is best to go the way of cans...ask me how I know.
