I think it's gotten pretty boring. But I'll keep watching to see what happens, the plot is moving at a snail's pace, though.
|
i am pretty sure that big things are on the horizon.
stay tuned. |
I'm enjoying these episodes....a whole new twist with Hank onto Walt, Lydia gunning down the dolts who think they are in control, Jesse being interogated, and Saul trying to keep everyone safe....a lot more to come and that teaser of Walt going away and then coming back....why?
|
Could Hank's days be numbered?
|
I thought when Walt passed out and hit his head on the bathroom floor that he was going to wake up with memory loss and forget where he buried the cash.
I don't know why he left the numbers on the fridge? It seems risky. |
Putting the numbers on the fridge was a weak moment for the writers, agreed. This last episode moved too slowly for my taste. Interesting that they're figuring Lydia into the action more and more.
|
She's probably banging a writer.
(Old Hollywood joke). |
I thought the lottery ticket with GPS coordinates was brilliant. But why post it on the fridge?
|
The 'ol hidden in plain sight.
There is no way one man could bury 8 drums by himself tho. But who cares. |
Worth the wait...some very tense moments. Walt proves himself the master manipulator; Jesse takes his revenge. Very good episode.
|
Saul screwed up big...if you caught it.
|
How did Saul screw up?
Great episode, Jesse has gone over the edge now! |
Hank finding out that his op and therapy was paid for by Walter.
Not so easy now is it?? I'm into it again! Go Jesse! |
Hmmm-I think he left the ticket for Sky, in case, but it won't do anyone any good once Jesse is done with the house.

Well the episode ended before any match was lit.....on purpose just to make our minds contort in that direction.
Saul screwed up by replacing the dope with the cigs - which triggered Jesse's memory about Brock being poisoned. He put 2 and 2 together that Saul was in on the cig. caper with Heull when Jesse mistakenly thought he had been the one who left the ricin-laced cig. out for Brock to come in contact with - when it was Walt and his "Lillies of the Valley" berries all along. That's why he was pissed.....he was manipulated all along and they screwed up his relationship with Brock and Andrea.....something that jesse needed badly....family and a sense of belonging. Then the confession video was brilliant - as usual from Walt. No way Hank can now pursue Walt with this drug deal. A lot going on right now and I love it....however it ends it will be good, I'm sure of that. Incredible writing.... |
No. Saul's screw up will be revealed later if you didn't catch it. It isn't what set off Jesse.
Think back to the APD screen. |

Sorry that was suppose to be "APD scene"...but the iphone got me.
When Hank got Jesse in the room at APD by himeself, what did he do before he started in on Jesse? What did Saul do after Hank and the two APD cops left the room? |
He turned the camera....hmmm
|
Hank turned off the camera, (presumably), and then Saul accidentally turned it back on, thinking that he was turning it off? So it recorded all of the audio of their conversation for the cops to listen to later?
If this really was the writers' intention, sharp observation on your part. |

On another line of thought, I think there will be a couple of episodes, maybe to the end, with Walt and Jesse going after each other. Jesse is on the war path and found his inner beast. |

Aren't we going to have a conversation about the last episode?
I'll start it off......"WOW!" |
I just want to know who makes it out of that gun battle? We know Walt lives, what about Jesse?

Whether Hank lives or dies, how does the DEA not find out about the cash? If Hank lives, he can point them right to the spot; if he dies, don't you think Marie would have called the DEA when Hank doesn't show and tell them about the call from Hank, after which a massive search would ensue, unless it is too difficult to locate a cell call n the dessert?

If Hank and Gomez don't make it in the fire fight, Walt and his hommies will remove the cash barrels and dig another large hole before the DEA can react. Not sure about Pinkman. Several options for the writers.
Other options: Hank and maybe Gomez are taken hostage; kept in the underground desert meth lab. until Walt/Heisenburg sort out his internal conflicts between family and survival. Lydia rescues Walt in exchange for his lab acumen to make the product bluer. Pinkman is taken as well, but then battles Todd to the death. Hank manages to escape and blow up the meth lab trapping all those in the underground tomb. Walt obviously escapes (from the earlier flashback). Pinkman survives and is placed under govt. witness protection. Hank finds Walt and either kills him, arrests him or Walt dies trying to escape by falling into his old swimming pool. Looking upward with his last breath, a commercial airliner flies overhead. Hank arrests Skylar and goes into the car wash business. Gomez is promoted into Hank's former position. None of the above. Gilligan and his writers will astound us again. Sherwood |
Two DEA agents with two glocks and a shotgun against 4 truck loads of rednecks with full auto Bushmasters? Unless DEA reinforcements show up right away Hank and Gomez will get the dirt nap.
|
Great perspective!
Somehow Walt will make them all disappear and recover from cancer. I just hope it isn't that goober Todd that ends up with all the cash. Quote:
