Garvey/Hershiser to bid on Dodgers?
I for one would like to see real players own a team. Not a huge fan of Mister Forearms but always liked Orel.

As a Giants fan, I don't.
But I'd like to know how much money those two have to pitch in. I know they were paid well as players, but the Dodgers are probabaly worth close to $1 bilion. Even considering their recent troubles.

I think things are perfect the way they are.
But on a serious note, I also think the current ownership ( or lack thereof ) needs to go.
