coin values - fair starting bid?

Have 3 coins from before/just after civil war. I'd like to sell them on an auction site, but am wondering what a fair starting price would be ... lowest value in the "red book" for 2011 indicates total value would be around $120, but I've no idea on how to grade coin condition - these are fairly worn, etc. Pics at coins

If it is an auction site the starting bid shouldn't matter. As long as you advertise well and have a good audience they will sell for what the market will bear.

I've been looking at the "Red Book" a lot lately. At the front of each coins segment there is a discription of the various "rough grade". Your 1833 "Draped Bust" quarter would be about a VG-8 (2003 book)....55 bucks worth of Posche parts. To sell on evilbay you NEED to present a good picture showing details of the coin.....trust me, I just posted a bad pic that cost me at least half the coins actual value. I found a decent camera that would do the deed....... There are a lot more ins & outs of selling on ebay (and I'm starting to catch on), but that's where the action is. If yo want any assisnance just yell.
