Stupid Craigslist scammers
Ahhh I was perusing Craigslist the other night looking at instruments. Loads of free pianos in th Free section.
I came across an ad for a Baby Grand. Free. Though I'd inquire. Just got the reply. ![]() You're welcome to email him about the Piano! ![]() ![]() bmurray661@yahoo.com I placed my Late Fathers baby grand piano for free a couple of days ago. I am sure you must have been looking for my response to your interest and I apologize for not getting back to you. The little history behind the piano is that the Piano belonged to my late father Pa Greggs Blakes who passed on early 2009, his properties after his demise remained in Arlington Washington where he lived last up till the point of death after a long while a unanimous decision was made by my uncles and i that i move the valuables in the house to my place so we can get an agent to let the building out, my father was a great lover of music who played both the piano and the violin well so he posessed two pianos a baby grand piano and a grand piano, i am willing to give out the baby grand piano and sell off the Grand piano since i was not all that musically inclined. The initial instruction given to the movers was to live the babygrand piano behind so i give it out to that lucky interested person living nearby but, There was a mistake in relocation of the properties and the baby grand piano was packed with the rest of the properties to be delivered to my home here in San Anthonio. I cannot put the blame directly on the movers as I may also be at fault in giving them adequate description on which of the pianos they were supposed to bring/leave, because I was also arranging to dispose the bigger (grand) piano, but wanted it sold here in San Anthonio. So they are now on the verge of delivering the baby grand piano here tomorrow morning while I now plan to arrange for sale of the Grand piano to someone from Auckland. I am very embarrassed about the situation and I know this wont be great news for you also. But if it will help in any way I have hinted the movers about having to return the piano to Auckland for a little fee and it would still be good if you can come up with the fee. I'm thinking around $350 to $400 should do, but will get a correct fee when the Movers arrive here tomorrow. Please do let me know if you can come up with the fee to arrange the delivery, I am much willing to part with the piano and its in a good condition. So I'll implore you to try to sort the delivery as its an item that has still a lots to offer. I have attached a picture for sight seeing. It has no cracks nor damages and was tuned and partly furnished recently, alongside the Grand piano, in efforts to prepare it for sale. I will look to read from you soonest so i give instructions to the movers. kind regards, Brian

Yes, but he's not in San Antonio. He's in San Anthonio (referenced a couple times). BTW....where exactly is San Anthonio???
