The one I gave you may have been USA made...glad it's giving you good service. The replacement I bought is probably Chinese made...that may explain some of the problems people are having?

I have used the same Battery Tender for 5 years on my airplane, 28v unit, no problems at all.
I do like the garage door light idea though. |

Seriously look at rizk chargers. They are heavy and us made.
