I think that's "Men, 45+". The rest is redundant.

Glad you're back posting, Jim.

I'm thinking a themed-vacation tour of the country involving metal poles.
Write a book and it's "business research"

Dueller, great timing on this. I'vre been considerign a "WTF is wrong with women?" post.
On Thanksgiving, I discovered to be true what I've been feeling for the last year and a half. We've been together just over two years at this point, and I've been very patient.
As soon as my GF moved into my house, the "rules" changed. Any form of intimacy pretty much ceased, and she became very distant, pushing me away.
Over the last month, she's been extremely distant. On Thanksgiving, I found out why. Apparently, she's never gotten over her Ex from six years ago, along with several other things...the greater interest in smoking weed than interest in me, and apparently I'm "boring" despite the amount of live shows we attend, upcoming NAMM/Disneyland trip, dinners out, Autocross, etc.
All she wants to do is party and get stoned.

All the while, telling me how great and wonderful I was, and that I was the best thing that had ever happened to her and her kid.

Well, tonight it became clear. Complete apathy towards the disintegration of our relationship.

What's really funny about the whole thing, is that she remarks frequently on how I could have been so foolish as to have been taken for such a ride by her "predecessor"

This is a particular bummer right now, as I'm unable to cancel the hotel for NAMM in January.. I had planned on taking her and her kid, as well as Disney, Universal, SeaWord, etc for the week, and then attending the NAMM show during the latter part of the week

I wonder what Tweezers is doing in January...

I would like to put my name forward to represent the Australasia area. However I do feel Peter may be a more worthy candidate.

Actually, there IS a pretty active "men's rights" segment of the internet. A friend keeps sending me snippets from various websites. Very much anti the women's lib set...

This came in today...yet another example of a sick society brought about by the feminazis.

WOW! We're going international.

Sid...yeah they're crazy when they're young , too....but middle-aged crazy steps it up a notch. WAAAAAAY UP in my recent experiences. You my be admitted s a junior member, tho.

Wolfe, I feel your pain. Seems like we've had some parallel universe experiences. I know you didn't want to divorce your wife but accepted it and tried to move on. I was to glad see you in a new relationship that was seemingly rewarding. I too was the greatest thing that ever happened to my ex and step kids....briefly in her mind apparently. It literally began to deteriorate on our wedding nite. But in hindsight its good to be out of the drama of a partying wife wanting to be 20-something forever.

Good luck to ya.

I too have been married twice so I'm not here to knock anyone, but, it seems that some guys continually have bad experiences and some women do the same where others don't seem to get into that problem. I always thought it was the selection process, you need to look at what you are doing and make some changes. In between wives-14 YEARS- I "dated" a lot of women and had a couple relationships that lasted a couple years. I didn't seem get interested in the crazy ones, just a night or so. So, I guess I should just be thanking some of you for getting them off the streets and saving me the problems.

Point well taken, Dean. In all honesty there has been one factor common to my dysfunctional relationships: ME! lol

One of the tenets of the club is to remind ourselves not to get involved in long term relationships with crazy. Easier said than done when they're throwing that psychotic cat on ya.
