So you can't stay in the pain...and when you move off of the pain you are a little off center with yourself. Quite frankly you are going to have to grab that pain and own it, hold onto that roller coaster for dear life because that is what the real you is feeling. Isn't it funny your assement matches my basic assement...Like it or not you are the biggest believer in what I have to say on this Board. You know that basically everything I say is true and can make bank on it. You also probably have the most HP under the hood of your skull cap of anybody on this Board.

I have spent most of my life allowing others to determine my self worth and not believing enough in myself. I expect others to have the same values and morals as I do and when I learn that they do not I try to change them when in fact I should just let them be and move on.... Oh, my SO would say I don't take criticism well.
