These are my New Years...

resolutions. Try and include my wife in my hobbies. More golf(even tho it is mediocre at best), drive the Boxster more(whatever it costs) and more hiking which includes some camping(dont like the latter but is necessary to see the remoter areas), stay safe, stay healthy. Oh yeah, try to find the fountain of youth because I need a refill . Oh yes, I need to be less verbose on this forum What r your ny's resolutions?

1) Stock up with a couple more guns and a lot more ammo
2) Remodel two bathrooms in my house
3) Replace plumbing in my house (concurrent with #2)
4) Finish building my biplane
5) Fly more
6) Get back into racing and/or drive the 911 more
7) Prepare for 12/21

sixtie, you haven't scratched "verbose" yet. You're a noob.

I have a couple of resolutions that are not clearly defined yet, but the theme is "slash and burn."

The recycle can is already heavy with magazines I thought I'd read.

And I think I might join in on getting away from here.

I'll share with you what I do with all my magazines.
I box them and ship them to soldiers in the field.
You can send a couple of years worth through the USPS for just a few dollars.

I cannot remember if it goes as "bound printed matter" or as "media mail". One or the other. Ask a clerk.

And if you need addresses, try anysoldier.com

Send a message via AIM to mikester
1) Spend more time with my friends.
2) Work on my ability to empathize - mainly with my children and my wife.
3) Work on my tidiness and try to eliminate my household and garage clutter. Only keep what I need.
4) Be more charitable.
5) Live well, Eat well, and bring better life values to my family.
6) Manage my money more intelligently.
7) Become more community involved.
8) Get myself something I ENJOY driving.

These are just ideas - I've been thinking about them for a bit this year already as I have reflected on the last few years.

Cool idea, but they are mostly decorating mags that I kept around and a stack of Excellence and old Autoweeks. Out of the group, someone might like the E's.

Finish my bicycle project. Ride beaucoup.

Remodel both bathrooms.

Finish my garage workshop.

Start going to church. Loprinzi's Church Of Iron, that is. Google in Portland, you'll see.

Hey... it's a whole new military now, you know. And olive green is so hard to decorate against.

I send them Panorama, Sportscar, Flying, Sport Aerobatics, and whatever I have lying around. It doesn't cost me much to send, and if they don't like them, they can always hand them out to the locals. (Because every Afghani secretly wants a subscription to Panorama.)
