I find it rather odd that he was posing with Ford products. Don't you think he's feel more "at home" in a GM?

He's most likely thinking on how to prevent peasants from buying them

"While Obama sat in a range of models from Detroit -- including a Chevy Silverado and Corvette ZR1 and the Ford C-Max Energi plug-in hybrid -- he lingered in the 650-hp Mustang, telling a Ford executive "This is what I needed in high school."

A crying shame somebody didn't give him one when he was in high school. A hot car, and a jug of booze. The country might have been better off today.

He has good taste in cars. I'll give him credit for that, and that only.

Lame politics aside, the above notion sells a lot of cars to people (mostly men) who attain the means later in life.

Gee, maybe I shoulda bought a 944? LOL! Gotta admit, I still enjoy my "low horsepower" Bullitt model. It did a fine job of carrying Cindy & I to the pool hall & back yesterday. It ran just fine, eating 92 octane no alcohol fuel.

I voted for another man both times. I would vote for him if he could run against Zero.

Paul, why do you think I was referring to you? I guess if the shoe fits....

I drive Volvos and Fords, so no, the "image" shoe doesn't fit.
