Impulse Bought A Boxster

And glad I did. Great little machine. Rang the guy yesterday around 8.00pm. By 10.00pm negotiations were concluded. By midnight son and I were starting our drive from our home city of Adelaide to Melbourne. Around 750kms. Got there at 8.00am, had some brekky while waiting for bank to open and Boxster guy to show up. Payment made, drive home. I'm going to bed now...

Congrats, luv mine. Bought new in '04 and just about to break 99,000 miles. Great daily driver (though a little small for my large frame).

Congrats, Dewolf! They're really good value here now.

I recently did a non-stop Melb/Adelaide return trip to collect a race car with a friend of mine. We did it door-to-door in 19hrs, including the load time for the race car. Just two rest stops, stocked up on Red Bull etc. The wastelands east of the South Australian border are a bit depressing in the dark...

Oh, and I was absolutely wrecked afterwards, too.

Nice car. You will enjoy it.

I am sure you know this, but if it has the original IMS, get it changed to a LN unit as soon as feasible. Then drive it like you stole it.
