Got this accessory for my Honda-powered pressure washer today.
FINALLY I have purchased something that actually works as well as or even better than advertised! This thing allowed me to clean my entire driveway front to back as well as my sidewalks in front of the entire house in under an hour. As an added bonus I burned much less fuel and used much less water than I would have if I had utilized only the wide-angle spray nozzle on the wand. IT ROCKS!!! Buy it now if you have alot of surfaces to clean! Saw several commercial models on line for over $400. This one $69 at Lowe's. ![]()

I like a clean house but have never felt the urge to clean my concrete. It is the ground - that's why we don't eat off it.

What size pressure washer does it take to feed the brush?
I've got a 1800 psi 3.5 GPM gas pressure washer, will that do? I bet a pre-spraydown with some bleach or TSP water would cut the grime better too. Seattle = Rain = Moss&Slime on everything. think it's time to go to lowes and go clean moms 16 x 32 patio, as a wand and tip takes forever. thanks for the "tip" Here's the Lowes Link: http://www.lowes.com/pd_106124-348-6178_4294747238+5003699_4294937087_?productId=3306 786&Ns=p_product_prd_lis_ord_nbr|0||p_product_qty_sale s_dollar|1&pl=1¤tURL=%2Fpl_50%2B100_4294747238%2B5003699_429 4937087_%3FNs%3Dp_product_prd_lis_ord_nbr%7C0%7C%7 Cp_product_qty_sales_dollar%7C1&facetInfo=$50 - $100

Is it wrong to put a Briggs and Stratton attachment on a Honda?
Reminds me, I need to purchase 2 new carbs, one for my Honda Lawn Mower and the other for my Dads Honda Pressure Washer.

I looked at some of the on-line reviews. There seems to be a negative review of every product on the market. The biggest complaint I saw was that it was difficult to push foreword. He user had to pull it backward. Did you have any of those problems?
How much pressure does your power washer have?

don't forget the tip extension unless you're a midget otherwise looks like a sore back hunched over too.
yes, I'm curious too, how much kick back fore/aft side to side. what's the best "pattern" on the pavement to draw, 2-3 foot side to side of center body mass while walking forward?

WOW
WOW WOW I have a new favorite tool................ feedback/review: I bought this rotary brush and IT KICKS BUTT on large patios and driveways. I added a 18" wand extension so you don't have to bend over as much. Using it on a 3 GPM 2800 psi 6.5 hp gas engine pressurewasher. I've used a pre-soak of a gallon pump sprayer with a cup of bleach, and a cup of driveway degreaser / cleaner. Wet the concrete surface, spray it down with the cleaner solution, then wait half hour. The hover-brush really works well swept side to side, then fore-n-aft. I let the head float like a hover-craft and let the wand grip angle to where the edges of the hover-blaster float and don't want to dig in. 5 out of 5 stars review, after doing my 24' x 24' exposed aggregate driveway, and my Moms brushed finish 16' x 32' patio. My driveway took maybe an hour, her patio hadn't been cleaned in years so that took a little over 2 hours. It's the very uniform cleaned finish that makes this a wonder tool, no pin-point lines drawn by a concentrated wand tip. Moms patio looks like a bunch of drunk snails drew scribbles all over it from her little electric pressure washer........ if you own a pressure washer, this rotary brush is a MUST HAVE. I'm curious to see how it'll do on my hardwood deck, it's going to save a ton of time and give a uniform cleaning before I stain my deck this yes. Thanks once again to the OP for this tip of an awesome tool. yes it's that good.

Try Krud Kutter with the pressure washer. It cleans everything and doesn't kill grass, plants and flowers.

I have had no problems pushing it forward---I typically use a "side-to-side" method and that seems to provide the best overall coverage.
As far as minimum power---hard to say but my machine is 2600PSI and it spins the little bastard so fast it sounds almost as cool as my 3.2 (ok, not really that cool--but not bad for a freakin pressure washer attachment). I do not think an electric unit would be up to snuff. LOL on the "putting a Briggs and Stratton" component on a Honda generator--no issues as the B&S part is a simple pressure-driven unit and seems to love the Honda power. (BTW I have a B&S 6.5 HP engine on my old-as-heck lawnmower and it starts and cuts beautifully after many, many years) I have now used this thing outside my business as well and it is simply amazing. I can't remember how long it's been since anything worked this well and it is definitely a good feeling! I guess I'm easily amused.....

Get off my lawn!
|
I bought one last week and used it this last weekend. It is real easy to move around.
My biggest cleaning issue was the areas on concrete that turn dark because they get wet often. That and the red clay we have in the yard that is called soil stains the concrete. For the money it works great.

After a 10-15 minutes use, I noticed one of the tips got clogged with a small particle of gunk, so I had to pull that tip off and run a small diameter wire through it to clean it out with a blast of compressed air.
just something to watch for. Must have tool.
