Seems like a 964 garage queen and MB E320 AWD would work.

Why are you getting rid of your 964?

Again, thanks to everyone who has replied.I am still looking and researching all the models recommended.
Thus I thought I found the one, 2006 Lexus RX or ES330, 30 mpg, FWD,nice lines and stylish interior.Upon further research , I found that Lexus and toy, have some transmission problems that they have not addressed, the shifting bangs into gear when driven a slower speeds etc.
So I am back at researching more cars, and it seems they all have their problems.
VW seem to be a money pit, I am very frustrated.
I am now looking at MB SUV, but it may look to much like a soccer moms car, it has to have the look, if you know what I mean.

To answer a few questions asked, my 964 is a garage queen and very nice all around , but as I get older things change. I don't drive the car the way one would think a Porsche should be driven, when I do drive her, Iam in no hurry because I am just enjoying the ride and feel of the car. When I get her home , I have to detail the car and put her away. seems like its getting to be to much trouble.
As for the MB I love the car all around , but its time to get rid of it, that is why the Lexus seem to fill the bill.
OH, I forgot to tell everyone the color has to be silver, all my cars are silver.

Anyway back to the search, this is getting to be a PITA. I will post a pic of the Porsche because we fellows are so visual.
Again thanks to everyone who has replied. Please keep the replies coming.

The Aura XR is a fantastic choice, but won't be popular here. For one, it's a GM, and second, it's a Saturn.

However, I've had three clients buy them (XRs) including a very good client that also has a 997TT and 335is in his garage. All three have been very satisfied.

It's basically a loaded Malibu LT with sexier skin.

The only thing I'd suggest you "watch" is the timing chain slack. They tend to stretch over time and get a little loud. The tensioner should take it up, but eventually it can't react fast enough or extend far enough. The fix is to update to the new-style chain and tensioner. Not terribly expensive, but not cheap (although it will look very cheap compared to anything on a Benz). Of course, GM covers the engine and transmission to 100K miles although the 5 years may be ending soon.

Good choice for the money!
