42 Inch Barrel, 50 Caliber
Built from a collection of parts and a LOT of wood work. Tiger maple, 50 caliber Colrain barrel. If the rain holds off tomorrow I'll give a try....probably 80gn of FFG Goex!

Here's mine. .50 caliber flintlock, cherry stock. Built it from a Dixie Gun Works kit when I was about 19. While I haven't hunted with it much over the years, it's still taken a handful of Washington mulies. The hunting load is 90 grains of FFFg under a .490" dia ball with .015" pillow ticking patches lubed with Wonder Lube. Match load drops to 70 grains, everything else the same. It's amazing how effective that little round ball can be on even big deer; if you hit them where you need to, it kills them about as dead as anything else.

Very nice Jeff! You do not see many flint-locks these days, most people switch over to the cap-lock!
