Great collection and a really genuine person He let me go through by myself before the place opened.I happened to be in the area, and thought why not go by and look through the windows. Got there and there was a car out front,went around the side and he was standing there,asked if I could peek,he waved me in and I spent the next hour in heaven.

I've met Barry, and I think he's a genuine guy who really loves cars and people. I like him a lot. I think the show wouldn't be the same without him.

Um, he owns Meguiar's...... the car care company

His grandfather started the company 100 years ago, passed on to his father, etc. He grew up in the SoCal car culture, with enough resources to rub elbows with the guys that made things happen. He has such a large group of "car guy" friends that he decided to do the show.

They're from Calif, and his daughter struggles with substance abuse. Barry is a little bit weird.

Bruce is an enigma. One of my friends who sold his shop to go work for him ended up....not working for him.

He seems drunk but I'm sure it's just his way of talking and standing. He does overtalk everyone. He's one of those that wants to finish your sentence for you.

The thing that amazes me most about Canepa's personal collection is it's value. He's not Larry Ellison, or Steve Jobs, or Mark Zuckerberg. Where did he get that kind of cash?
