My son came down with what my daughter has had since Tuesday. He barfed for a while then schit the bed.

I think you had more fun than I did.

Well it wasn't exactly all wine and roses....our poor dog Bodi has developed a rash in the last couple of days, which we've been treating ....but he still intervenes...so, on the couch beside us was Bodi licking his crotch while we sipped Champagne...

I missed the timing on my trampoline so I missed the trapeze. I was watching the image in the mirror and fell on the water bed. Now the bedroom has water everywhere and the wife wants the black lights and whips removed.

My left arm is a little sore today....

Just kidding, my daugter had gymnastics from 530-730, then we went home and finished homework and did some reading.

Then the kids sat on my lap sharing my reclininig loveseat and we watched the end of a previously recorded 'Wheeler Dealers" (they both really like that show and seeing as they are 6 and almost 10, I am happy with that) and the season premiere of "Swamp People". My son fell asleep on my lap and I carried him to bed.

It's my second V-day since the divorce and it was a great night.

At least someone was getting a little.

I awoke this morning to my wife handing me a cup of coffee in bed. Her first words were "I'm sorry I passed out"....

I will take your MP "nudge nudge" skit and replace it with "I came here for a argument".

I wanted to work on the car.
Her: You promised to put the sliders in the kitchen drawers.
Me: Thinking "when did I promise that?"... decide to practice the art of STFU and install sliders.... finish.
Her: You need to visit you mom (mom is in hospital)
Me: Um... OK
Her: And call the insurance company about blah, blah, blah...
Me: I'm going to visit mom (heading for door)
Her: What do you want to do for dinner?
Me (looking at chicken defrosting) Are we having chicken again?
She barked something about me being a picky eater... I headed out for the hospital...
She texts me "get something to eat, I'm leaving, I don't want to say something I will regret."

We had chicken for dinner...

I drank a bottle of sake in protest... went to bed early...

No. I came back from 3 days in sunny 80s Miami . . . my wife's car had a serpentine belt mount & belt self destruct on the way to work on a busy road in rush hour . . . a tow was required . . . she was a wreck . . . we are in the middle of a kitchen reno . . . and besides all of that we don't celebrate VD.

So So Great!

Got of the airplane last night, rolled home, momma had some apps out, crab legs for dinner, red wine....

Me, her and Bryce asleep on the couch watching discovery by 845.

Rallied this morning though-think it still counts.
