Yep, local gas station today selling diesel for $3.19/gallon, pre-pay cash. Put $76 in the truck today...

It's about a dollar more here but diesel is cheaper than regular by at least 10 cents a gallon. That's a new one.

Yep, the Cash price for gas was $3.29 at the same station. Some other stations are still $3.79 for diesel. That was almost a $15 savings on a fillup.

Credit price is $3.39 for diesel.

I saw it at $4.14 today. How much is it out your way? I am sure they are even cheaper in places near many downtown industrial places where there are lots of commercial truccks.

Paid $2.12/gal for 87 octane regular unleaded today w/my Shell/WinnDixie card. not Diesel, but using the card would have knocked $1.15/gal off of any of the fuel.

I hate that cheaper for cash crap. I never carry cash and prefer to just swipe my check card.

Same but they want to incentivize you to pay in cash so no CC fees.

I generally agree, but for 50 to 60 cents less per gallon, I'm willing to pay cash. The real issue is keeping enough cash for these transactions. With these discounts available, I find myself keeping more cash around than I used to.
