No, they don't confiscate them anymore. If you're gonna run one in VA, might as well run one of the good ones that's not detectable by the SPECTR.

they used to - I'll bet the confiscated one from a lawyer and he burned them

good to know about the usage fine vs. speeding fine - even tho I avoid crossing the Rockies (except to visit La.)
