Hahahaha, Thanks Bas, the biggest hurdle for our new little guy is trust. We are hoping that he will warm up to us in time. He has yet to utter a peep and seems a little down. We are including him in everything we are doing. He hung with me at the hanger today, so we are working through it. ![]() ![]() ![]() Regarding the ACD Stink Eye, just be sure to check your shoes before wearing..... Ask me how I know. Murphy, my first ACD was the only dog I ever argued with. Smartest little bugger I've ever known. (he is missed every single day)

John your cat desperately wants to be a dog.
My cat Toby sometimes won't take no for an answer and comes on dog walks. I'm confident he can find his way home from anywhere on the walk so I'm not too worried. He also waits at the gate for the dogs and I to come back home if we are out. |

Ha ha - my girls know who the pack leader is and they fully embrace the concept of not biting the hand that feeds them...and you know how much they WORSHIP food! Sorry for your loss, Bugs. I'm dreading that day myself - hard to even think about...

Thanks Baz,
We have been giving him positive reinforcement and he has shown signs of coming around. He had his first vet visit on the 16th and he immediately took to a chair in the exam room so we know he like to sit up higher than floor level. He has stepped up at home and likes personal contact with the wife. Vet time: ![]() Riding in the truck ![]() ![]() Staking territory on the couch ![]() Ignoring the new humans at 0430 getting up for work.
