Okay - maybe I'm suffering from a temporary loss of brain cells. What is it that is wrong with the bumper sticker? I've read it four times and don't see anything wrong.

It's the new normal. How often do you have to do the maths for the cashier so you get the correct change?
Basic spelling/grammar and basic maths are not deemed essential for some jobs. Some just wing it!
