they are cutting $4500 in fees? Do you know if the two agents are splitting that, or is your agent taking the whole hit?

I don't know how the commission pay outs work. There is my agent then the buyers agent (both work in the same office, and are currently sleeping together....) I from my point I don't care as long as I get what I wanted I'm OK with it.
