Bad ass doesn't even begin to describe it. By the way, do you SoCal guys have any idea how lucky you are to have an event like that WEEKLY?

RHD but the shifter is still on the right for the Americans used to driving on the left.

If the picture was reversed, how on earth would FORD be written correctly on the steering wheel?
![]() It's RHD. The shifter on the right is a dead giveaway as well. And it's absolute sex on wheels. ![]()

Why would they make it a RHD?

Better weight distribution and driver visibility for European clockwise tracks. The driver is also on the garage side in the pits at Le Mans.

RHD, wasn't the original GT, such as this one, built in Britain? At the time much of Fords racing efforts were centered in Britain.... such as Cosworth.

It's obviously a LHD car that you jokers have paid to have all of the lettering re-machined in reverse JUST to post here as a geniune RHD car. Real funny, guys, but there are better ways to spend $50k for a laugh.

Yes, it started out as a Lola GT. I think that the Ford GT40 Mk IV was built in the good ol' US of A, though. That would be a Mk III in the photos I think (road version). The classic racing version was the Mk II. The Mk I was not very good.
