What's the angle for these new spammers?

Y'all seen these idiots? "LatchLoua" is the second one I've seen this week here. He just drops something inane into random posts. If you quote one of his posts, he's got invisible links to some JPG. I didn't try linking to it. If you google his moniker, he is a member of tons of different boards, doing the same scheiss. What's the angle?

Meh, for some reason, frequently when I paste something into a post, it ends up submitting the post instead. I was trying to paste in a link to one of his posts.

I report them and the mods have been deleting the accounts. We need to police this.
