Been busy...

Been a while since I took the time to post... started with my oldest daughters graduation from high school, family members visiting for summer vacation... renewing vows with my wife (ceremony and reception were a blast!) and a ton of other things... Had a lot of good posts ideas come up while I was living life, just have the energy to post lol.... hope everyone has been getting along okay... See that Art tried to blow himself up... Good going Art! Hope you're feeling better man!!!!

One good thing that came out of this, I didn't really like the way I looked in all of the photos, I really had put on some weight... While I always eat healthy, low fat etc..., The 2-3 liters of soda pop a day were killing me. I have gave them up about 3 weeks ago and have already dropped 15pds... lol

Thanks Marv!, Keeping the same diet, just no sodas.. I am currently on my second notch on my belt from the one that was well worn lol... I told Angela that I didn't know what I was going to do if I kept loosing weight since I don't have anymore of my skinny clothes lol...

2-3 Liters of soda a day!!!! Wow, I'm not a health nut by any means, but glad you cut that out. Congrats on the wedding. My 26 y/o daughter is getting married next April.
