Hungarian GP Spoilers

I think the real story in Germany and Hungary is how much pace Red Bull have lost after the apparent discovery and removal of traction control, a blown rear diffuser, and automatic ride height adjustment...

The hungaroring is a demanding track, can't wait for the race, they are going to need to use all their tires....so those who didn't use them up in qualifying will have an advantage.....

We'll see tomorrow who was qualifying with a rain setup and who was set up for dry.

Dave hit it on the head for me. They now have a "dry" setup on the cars and its forcast to dump on them tomorrow, so this once again could be interesting...

Just hope that "Alonzo the blackmailer" does not win again...

Too bad about Schumi. Looks like the car definately was having issues so it was not entirely his fault at least.

Well, the guy qualified 2nd to last (not including the 6 backmarker F2 cars they've got running). That was yesterday. I'm a Schumi-revival fan, but it's not all car.

Cannot believe that the two Lotus cars were on the podium... still shaking my head at the Lotus and Williams teams doing so well this year. Good to see the competition in a "free for all" season!

Although I did not watch qualifying, the car can still contribute to that. There have been times when Button's engineers appeared to just not be able to get the setup right while Hami was doing fine. That hurt Button in Q and race.

Sorry, I meant that today there seemed to be a mechanical issue with the car. It failed to start at the start, and then it DNF'd for mechanical reasons. Not (directly) a result of set-up or driving.

Saturday's poor qualifying was not (directly) because of mechanical issues. The car ran, but the driving and/or setup were poor.

Wow, I could actually understand Kimi today. I guess the new interview format is better after all.

If Kimi wins this year, do you think he will smile?

Michael Schumacher said he turned his own engine off at the beginning of the Hungarian Grand Prix in a misunderstanding over the delayed start.
