James Rockford, Rockford Files. Gold trans-am was pretty boss.

AFC-911 08-15-2012 09:33 AM

Michael Jordan.

As far as fictional TV, I was busy admiring Tiffani Amber Theissen. Who cares about the male characters? lol.

I'd envision me (as Willis) and Kimberly finding ourselves alone in the apartment while Phillip, Arnold, et al were out on some wacky adventure . . .
If you'd run into the actress who played Kimberly later in life, you could have played out your fantasy for a very reasonable price.

Rockford - sans mobile home!

Head416 08-15-2012 10:58 AM

I wanted to be Doogie Howser. Around Jr High I realized I would never be that smart and I've been a chronic under acheiver ever since.

I blame that show for a lot of my problems.

Hands down, Captain Kirk! He had best ship in Starfleet with a cool chair, the coolest friends (Spook and McCoy), the best women (human or alien) and took care of matters with a fist fight or his handy phaser.
Next would have been Magnum PI for almost the same reasons!

I hope you are not serious. I don't believe in underachievement. We used to have a member here whose user name was overpaidslacker. Hell, he achieved something right there! To get paid for underachievement. ;):D

Anything you do to the reasonable best of your ability and to a reasonable state of completion is an achievement. If you have a job, you've achieved what many have not.

I could go on and on.

Where's my Tony Robbins tapes?

willtel 08-15-2012 11:18 AM

I wanted to be Ricky Schroder's character on Silver Spoons. They had a little train that went around the house, a remote control front door, and this lady running around as a personal assistant.

Well, there is that thing of having three girls move in with you that are not blood relatives...

Did I just type that out loud?

James West, kicked ass every week, had cool gadgets, and got more p-ssy than Motion.

I really don't think he was. Jeez, can't we say something about how an ethnic woman might look in her own way? I see lots of comments about Asian women here and no one seem to think anyone is a bigot for mentioning "Asian."

bivenator 08-15-2012 12:09 PM

Exactly^^^^ I didn't think what he typed or his intent was bigoted.

She was in Buck Rogers as well, which was a more apealing show to a young boy like me.
