F1 India
Didn't check the air times for the F1 today as they always air at 0855 ATL, except
today. It was on at 0600 so missed it and had to hide all day from F1 news so I could watch at 3pm on speed. Was entertained during this slow day wondering if we'll be ripped apart by hurricane Sandy (terrible hurricane name) or not. Anyway finally got to see it and it wasn't much. Seeing Ham change 5 wheels was the highlight for me! Looks like Mercedes is losing interest and I'm wondering how Ham will do there next year. Don't think Lada will add much to the team., He wasn't much at Jaguar, except bullying Rahal around until he (rahal) had to get out. If I was Ham I'd be nervous about this move. Hope you all enjoy the race and BTW Austin looks real good and look forward to it. Also hope Kimi comes back for more next year. |

Really nice air quality there. It was hard to see the cars on the long camera shots. It occurred to me that F1 has become another means by which wealth is moved around the world for the benefit of the few. Why else would you hold a GP in a place where taking a breath is a hazard.

True, in a lot of long shots, it was a little difficult to pick out the drivers, the air was so nasty.

Get a TIVO or DVR, that way you can watch it Sunday evening like I did, relaxing with a adult beverage and fast forwarding through the commercials.
