Why cultivate on your face what grows wild around your ass?

Here in the midwest, we're about a decade or two behind the left and right coasts. Some of our smaller towns are still in the Mayberry (Andy Griffith) era. We still think 24 is brand new. Being as it may, I'm right on time here with the T.

Furthermore, we don't understand your strange and mysterious ways, we fear the future and all it brings. And what's up with all your tattoos and body piercings? Why do you drive hybrid cars? What is all this talk about recycling?

We're just simple midwest farmers and lawyers, what do we know about your confusing big world of computers, clean rivers, emission standards, and wind power? We may not know about these things, But we do this, when Miley Cyrus is getting married and Jessica Simpson is drinking cow urine to improve her skin, we are all getting older.

I can't even phase my wife and kids anymore. I'm always changing...often month to month. Soul Patch, Goat, Stache, Combos... Don't often go full beard as I get to the itching point on the side of my cheeks and it drives me crazy. Made it past that point this year though.

Lotsa guys like me that have started to, or already have gone bald, sometimes just gotta "tinker" with other areas on their body that sprout hair. Weird hair starts comming out ears & nostrils. One of my far off family members did 15 years in a minimum security federal prison. He braided his nostril hairs into a deep rooted FuManChu & had some kinda "hair do" thing in his ears when he got outta slam. Others get hair removed with wax & s#$t, damn, I think thats weird too. But what ever floats your boat.

As a fashion thing I do think the goatee has jumped the shark...

However I have never been into fashion so if you like it keep it!

I have really good facial hair, I regrew my beard a few months ago after years of shaving. I liked the way it looked but not the way it felt, and wife prefers me clean shaven...

Than and I have a couple hundred dollars invested in shaving equipment . :D

Frankly, it depends on your face.

I had a full beard for years, shaved it down to a Vandyke for grins, and was pretty shocked at the transformation. I am not a vain guy, but it honestly took 10 years off my face.

I can't not have a beard, clean shaven I look like Boss Hogg.

And speaking of Boss Hogg, what ever happened to Daisy? If that can happen to her, that should scare the dickens out of most guys. I mean what where the clues to that train wreck?

Go for it, I do what ever I'm in the mood for since it grows like weeds on my face..
