Trying to sell a decent used car (2003 Hunday Sonata) and the first two "bites" I get are 2 separate dudes who claim to work on petroleum rigs wanting to paypal the money. Oh and they have free email accounts. Why the F would somebody coastal want my stoopid Sonata that is INLAND in Chicagoland????? Hilarious......

I always tell them payment by wire transfer only, even put it in some of the ads, keeps the scammers at bay.

I guess they are going to use your Sonata to pull my boat. I have to assume they are working now since I have not received payment yet.

They were on aircraft carriers out at sea for a while too. Same scam, just an excuse to not be local. I have only sold locally to date, with one exception where I personally knew the buyer.

If by "latest" you meant that cavemen were using it, yes, it's the latest scam.
