They showed the water tanks on the local news tonight. The access hatch to the water tank looked to be about 16" X 16"

Worked in hotels for nearly 30 years. Although this is disgusting it's on par with other things that have happened and do happen more frequently than can be imagined. A lot is literally swept under the rug to not taint the image of a hotel property..

Very sorry about the woman. When it comes to the water, they should at least replace the water tank. I would think that many folks will now avoid that hotel.
