Somewhere burried in my unorganized collection of CD's is a "one hit wonder"
CD and it has 'em all.

Remember DeLites' "Groove is in the Heart?"
Bootsy played on that and it is a great tune.

Eight Seconds - Kiss You (when it's dangerous) 1986

This was my buddy's band...he's the drummer.....probably not big in the US but it was pretty big here in Canuckland! They were a two-hit wonder back then........OK, it didn't make him filthy rich!...he's working for the Gov of Canada but still plays occasionally.

I "auditioned" as the bass player back then.....but I sucked big time!

Funny, my wife is really good friends with Charlie Angus (MP and former bassist for L'etranger). Had some interesting conversations with him.

A couple more 'Mouldie Oldies' - Man I am really digging into some of my dark & checkered past with some of this tripe from my vinyl collection - naturally the part of which hasn't (& maybe shouldn't) seen the light of day for many years.

Cheers
JB

I think they had a hit with talking in your sleep also. The video was a hit by my standards.

Georgia Satellites "Keep Your Hands to Yourself."

GEORGIA SATELLITES - Keep Your Hands To Yourself - YouTube

I liked the Youtube comment, "The 37 people that disliked this song needs to be hunted down and punched in the throat..."

The call were agreat band. Saw them live at The Country Club in Reseda with Garth Hudson keyboards. They also had a minor hit with "Let The Day begin".

These guys were good too. had another minor hit with "I Still Want You" that I think was used in a beer commercial.
