Anybody know about these tools?
flat ratcheting wrench for square nuts? If so, who makes 'em?

Agreed plumbing apps..plugs. valves.......also cheap landscaping/wood hardware use square nuts.

That's a common tool for a HVAC service tech. THey are called ratchet wrenches. Yellow Jacket and Imperial offer them.
