I live in California. We have a safe gn list that our dear leaders feel we must adhere to. The Dan Wesson Valor isn't on that list. ( to get on the list you need to PAY for testing)
The loophole is that an out of state son can buy one as a gift for his parent! My eldest son lives out of state and of course can't aford to give me one yet! (he's working on it, bless his little wallet)
