Craigslist Car of the Year nominee.

I doubt if anything will top that. It took me a coupla seconds to get the whole Monster reference. Brilliant "product placement."

So is that cylinder attached to the top of that speaker cabinet supposed to make prospective street racer challengers think this thing has nitrous?

I would love to see what would happen to all that bodywork if he hit a bad pothole or speedbump at around 80 MPH.

Just look past the car and you're seeing "the hood where this guy's inspiration was hatched." He should get the award for that alone.

Edit: Yikes... look at that last photo again. Dig the window tint.

I have a different take.....sure it's a bit of a "Monstrosity" - but at least the kid was working on his car.....instead of hanging out on the corner selling crack!

Good for him, I say. He may have a future in society as a PRODUCER....instead of a TAKER.

Guns , crack hookers and blow.

I like the skull tailpipe. Bonus points for the homemade chain steering wheel.

I like that they put "custom" in the center of the dash... you know, so you know that it truly is custom and not just some regular old option package on the 626. I also like the matte black fade on the license plate. It kind of makes the license plate blend in.

So, a question for the brain trust: What is the finish? Krylon rattle can primer, interior latex house paint, or plasti-dip?

I agree with ya baz, I am sure he put quite a few hours into it. We all gotta start somewhere. The grille sort of has an alfa romeo feel to it. I'm also lovin' the hood scoop.

If he doesn't throw in the red basket, the deals off...

But yeah . gotta agree, rather see kids doing stuff like this, instead of laying around watching sports or playing video games all day.
