I'm ok with death by derma abrasion for him.
Or to have everything that he did to the three done back to him in prison.

I hear fellow prisoners handle child predators in their own special way.

I'd cut off his nuts, then let him mingle with the prison population. That should lessen the chances he would enjoy his interactions with other inmates.

I'll gladly further this in parf.
A witchhunt is socially satisfying and a good bonding experience, but not necessarily morally or economically correct. |

Let him rot and get raped 6 ways from Sunday in prison by men. Seems fair to me.

Get off my lawn!

Put him a cell with the meanest rapist in prison. Leave him until dead. Return body to family. Done.
There are many folks that are far worse than him. Jeffery Dalmer comes to mind.

Reform him. As in reform his neck with a piece of rope and the branch of a tall oak tree.

So the choices are:
1). Jail and reform, then release back into society. 2). Destroy immediately as non-reformable. 3). Jail and torture under inhumane conditions, then release back into society. What catagory does this individual fall under? Given the extent of his dual methodology, I'd think #2, FWIW. But you two are arguing #3. That removes determination of punishment from the victim, and gives it to the state. The victim achieves nothing, except maybe having his/her damaging experience taken away by a complex and expensive political system beyond his/her control but knowing "something is being done". Moreover, a harsh prison environment creates predators and prey. a). The predators get stronger and are well fed until released back into society. They make babies and teach friends in the meantime. Do you still like that system? b). The prey get damaged and become useless. Or self-fufill option#2. Or learn the methods of the predators. They could be your children arrested for a little pot. c). Meanwhile, the US prison system is the largest and most expensive per capita. It produces the next generation of criminals or broken worthless people. |

I wouldn't bother to return the body. Dump it in the trash. It's biodegradable. Same with the Newtown shooter and Boston bombers. I don't think the dead derves any respect in those cases.

You are wrong, sir.
I am arguing Option 4: option 3 + life in prison. Some things are worth the expense. ![]()

oh, and a little pot won't get you hard time in a maximum security prison.
Sounds like he has a good home with you at your house when he's "reformed". Let me know how that works out around the kids, grandkids, neighbor kid,s etc.
