Females do NOT belong in Male Bullying at school!!!!!!!

Hello.
After taking the advice of a fellow...Bird..what to watch upon Documentaries, I am watching BULLY.
I am not finished with the film but there is an episode where the Vice Principle gets between Cole and some other punk and she wants them to forgive and forget by shaking hands.And of course we can all go back to watching dancing of the stars.
Cole is the victim here and barely puts out his hand to shake.
The Vice then, in my terms..scolds the victim by YELLING COLE! !!!!! in front of his enemy.Then says to his nemises and pats him on the shoulder and says "YOU MAY GO"
His enemy is sticking out his hand in front of the Vice like hes running for Mayor.
So what happens here is that Cole the victim becomes the bad guy because of his idiot Vice
Principle stupid actions. She actually said "I expected more". The cow has no clue.
Cole is very tentative to even shake the *******s hand. Black mark for Cole, in front of over paid over weight and unknowledgeable about boys dynamics. Idiot know it all female!
The instigator is then removed from the film and Cole is there with the Vice.
He states that the guy is always following him, and critisizes me putting me down and calling him a P U S S Y every time hesees him, to the Vice.
The IDIOT VICE PRINCIPLE FEMALE SAYS TO HIM...".oh HONEY THATS NOT RIGHT AND HE SHOULDNT DO THAT! "

UGGH!!!
Why are there not MEN dealing with youg men in schools.
Women have no clue about BOYS TO MEN!

A friend's little kid had a friend that wouldn't pee using the urinal or standing up when he was in the early years of grade school. I was told that he had two moms. We assume he was taught by people that pee siting down and was never taught to shake it after or arch your pee for fun (you know you have done it many times without being taught).

Don't get me started about schools and male deans. I have no idea waht movie you are talking about. I normally do not watch TV, sorry.

My first thought was this is a trolling post.
Not all women principals are as clueless as the one described (I knew a couple who taught with my wife) nor are all male principals endowed with any more awareness that described (a couple of male principals come to mind.

Lighten up on the generalizations.
Watch the rest of the movie, you may find you were being set up for the dramatic turn around (or not).

after seen the episode I understand what the OP is referring to. I don't feel it's a male or female thing in how the situation was dealt with.
but if the Vice Principal treated my child in that manner after being bullied I'd be more than a little pissed.

I've seen plenty of men do exactly the same thing.
