Congratulations. I see you, that's you in the red, right? In the middle Glad to see you did it. Great job on the 10K. I have been basically inactive since September. Did a 1/4mile swim, 20mile ride, 5K run in North Carolina, nothing since. Started warming up today. for Escape the Cape. Funny, considering it is 39F/4C. Ran 3K on and off with some stretching and exercising in-between. Do you have indoor pools there? BTW- Merry Christmas and Happy New Year as well.
