I believe 'a metric ass ton' is about right.
6-8 cups.

I'm probably stepping into a trap but,,,,,,
3-4 cups a day averaged over a week. Now if I get a triple shot Mocha and follow it up with two regular cups, what's the total?

I used to drink 40 oz coffee (20 oz then refill) and 2-3 butts before 7:00 am. Then started riding to work, just a few miles of exercise with HR up to 170 bpm most days, and I get to work wide awake and only need 20 oz coffee an hour later . . .
