College Football is Back!
Let the trash talking begin!
![]() As a Kansas State fan, I'm looking forward to watching them embarrass the pundits yet again after being picked 6th in the Big 12. Just like last year when they won the conference, just like the year before when they were 2nd.

That's a sneaky game, NDSU has nothing to lose and seem to be a legit team. By all accounts they are better than some D1 teams, as they've beaten three of them over the last few years.

I'm a little frightened. New QB playing his first D1 game, defense only returns two starters and lost multiple players that are now playing on Sunday. I'm sure I'll be good and loaded by halftime.

Just looked it up...playing for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League.
I liked to watch him. . " LeFevour is the only player in NCAA history with over 12,000 passing yards and 2,500 rushing yards and currently sits 2nd all time in total offensive yards. He was responsible for 150 total touchdowns, placing him in second place among FBS quarterbacks."

Yes, our Long National Nightmare is Nearly Over!
Watching baseball, or contact tiddlywinks or whatever wienie sport is als on in the summer just doesn't cut it. Now, football involves speed (among other things) as I believe some of you have noticed last year... Just to kick things off, I will note that several UO players are also on the UO track team, so here are some data that includes one particular running back: ![]() I am not even going to mention the DB and LB that also win hurdles, pole vaults, discus, hammer, etc. ... |

I'm stoked that college football is back. I attended my first NCAA football game of this season earlier tonight (UCF vs Akron). I may go to the U of Florida game Saturday

That's what college football is all about...no vested interest in either team (though I'll pull for the 'dawgs over the Gators every time

Looks like Boise St tripped over an unrated but resurgent Washington. That new coach is earning his big bucks.
Go Dawgs. ![]()

Uga..........
UGA (the dog) is cooling off his junk after taking a whipping from the Clemson Tiger! Great game, scoring was higher than I thought it would be. I think both Clemson and Georgia need to look around and see what happened to their defense!
