Seriously , in the Porsche I am smooth, pretty quick through curves, around the speed limit on straights. In the Prius, I am slower in the curves and faster on the straights. Differing ticket attractiveness index.

I'm an easy rider. Most of the time at or around the speed limit. I'm probably just getting old:)

Stay with the flow. Use turn signals, watch out for the nuts.

Faster than the jerk behind me and slower than the moron in front of me.

Coming from a commerical truck background, I tend to use habits I have aquired and taught to other drivers over the years.

Both hands on the wheel, checking mirrors every 10 seconds, no tailgating, etc.

My seat is pretty much straight up versus "laid back" like I see other folk's.

I get a laugh out of people who are leaned over to the passenger's side with their left arm on the wheel at 12 or 1 o'clock. Good luck with controlling the vehicle should the they have to take evasive action. But, they DO look cool.:rolleyes:

I do drive the 911 in a spirted fashion at times but mostly I am pretty conservative. I read Vic Elford's book on high performance driving and find that the advice he offers can apply whilst driving at normal speeds as well.

Rapid, and situationally aware (always looking at traffic ahead for things that might go TU).

Driving strategically. Fast but leaving enough space in front of me to get a good overlook of the traffic ahead of me. Never to close to any vehicle that obstructs my view.

Strategically aggressive. Offense is the best defense... :--)

Now days I'm an efficient cruiser.

seriously, after years of road racing racing cars and road racing motorcycles...I just leave a bit earlier and enjoy blvd cruising.

Attentive boulevard cruising.

I blip the throttle lightly at the lights, just to hear the rumble from my M&K.
GF tells me to quit it every time but i just can't... :)

Other than that, spirited is a good way to describe it.
