Its still really clean with no rust, just needs a tidy up and is perfect for my plans. It has a 318/904 auto. I am having a 273 built in the US by a well known Mopar Nascar engine builder. Im sourcing an a833 4 speed and an 8 & 3/4 rear. Everyone builds stroker 408's now so I decided to keep it 273 with roller cam and forged internals etc. hopefully for a high revving 400hp . All the forums say it cant be done ![]() I'm a real Mopar fan and love these. A little known fact is they were FIA approved for Lemans etc and competed in the Daytona 24hr along with the first few years of Trans Am. A few of them race in Europe now with one racing at Goodwood revival regularly. Im looking forward to seeing your car finished and Im sure you will enjoy it. ![]() ![]() ![]()
